MASTERCLASS | AI Prompts for PMO
7 Oct@12:00 pm– 1:00 pm EDT
About this webinar
Ever wondered how to get the most out of AI when you’re drowning in status reports, RAID logs, and lessons learned? Following our Wellingtone Community AI Masterclass, this session takes things further by focusing specifically on how PMO and project professionals can prompt AI to actually work for their day to day reality, not generic use cases.
Prompts are the key that unlocks how successfully your questions are answered when interrogating project data and information using AI. In this session, Baz Khinda and Emma Arnaz-Pemberton will share the language, techniques, and structures that get sharper results when you’re building reports, briefs, RAID logs, and stakeholder updates, so you spend less time re-drafting and more time on judgement and delivery.
Who should attend?
This masterclass is for PMO leaders, PMO practitioners and project managers who want a grounded, practical conversation about how to prompt AI for their actual day to day work. If you’re drowning in manual reporting, struggling to turn AI outputs into something you can actually use, or unsure how to ask the right questions to get consistent, reliable results, this is the session for you.
