Meet the Presenters

Brian Abrams
Brian is the President and Founder of PMO Partners, the premier IT Project Management staffing firm. Since 2014, Brian has led PMO Partners in year over year growth, establishing the company as the go-to organization for IT Project Management staffing.
Under Brian’s leadership, PMO Partners has gained many industry accolades, including recognition in Forbes Magazine. His efforts have resulted in many partnerships with organizations such as the Project Management Institute, Educause, and PMBA World. Currently, Brian is focused on company growth and expansion, oversight of client relationships, innovation, and industry partnerships.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys following the Boston Celtics and Red Sox, music, movies and comedy. He lives in Massachusetts with his wife and children.

Tiffany Pike
Tiffany is PMO Partners’ Chief of Staff, joining the team in February of 2022. In her role, Tiffany oversees the daily operations of the organization and sets up the team for success. Her impact can be felt across virtually every aspect of the company, and she is the “behind the scenes” driver of much of the success of PMO Partners.
Tiffany’s responsibilities are both strategic and tactical, and she often is involved in client interactions and consultant care activities. On any given day, Tiffany could be working on projects related to financial oversight, team alignment, partner management, conference/event planning, and much more. Tiffany’s organizational skills and ability to think on her feet are crucial to keeping the PMO Partners ship running smoothly. Prior to joining PMO Partners, she worked for other staffing firms in the New England area in a similar capacity.
When not taking care of the team, consultants and clients, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her children and keeping up with her puppies. She lives in Connecticut.

Baz Khinda
Baz Khinda is an experienced Microsoft PPM Consultant and a VP at Wellingtone. In addition, he also works closely with the Microsoft UK Project team as a P-SSP where he is often tasked with helping organizations address their PPM pains and increase their project management maturity.
He has been directly involved in many implementations across an array of organizations that span both private and public sectors as well as numerous verticals. With his background, Baz is well-versed in educating organizations on the benefits they can realize through Microsoft PPM.

Nicole Pietrangelo
As a dedicated Project Management Consultant at Wellingtone, Nicole thrives on translating complex business needs and project management methodologies into seamless technological solutions. With a track record of successful projects, she specializes in guiding organizations through the entire software deployment lifecycle.
Before joining Wellingtone, Nicole held several key positions, including Director of Technology at a previous project management consultancy firm. Nicole is also certified in Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals, underscoring her commitment to staying at the forefront of technological advancements.
