The Wellingtone Accelerator+ Program Management plugin delivers advanced functionality for your organization. Deploy at any time as an addition to your Wellingtone Accelerator+ solution for the fixed price of £4,950. We configure and install this plugin securely in your M365 tenant so you can immediately start benefiting from advanced program management capabilities.

Program Managers are provided with a centralized view of related projects, enabling improved visibility of schedules, risks, issues, decisions, changes and delivery performance across the program lifecycle. Integrated governance workflows support stage-based delivery approaches and help ensure strategic alignment, benefit realization and effective control throughout program delivery.

The Program Management Plugin integrates with your existing Accelerator+ capabilities, including:

Benefit from program-level status reporting, including a dedicated Program Highlight Report to support executive reporting and portfolio oversight. Existing Power BI dashboards have been extended too and incorporate program-level data, including risks, issues, benefits, change activity and delivery performance.

Using Microsoft Planner Premium functionality, Program Managers can create and manage high-level program schedules directly within the Accelerator+. This provides a clear view of program delivery activity while maintaining alignment with underlying project schedules.

The plugin extends the Accelerator+ risk and issue management capabilities to program level. Program Managers can capture, monitor and track active risks and issues across the program, helping leadership teams assess exposure, prioritize mitigation activity and improve governance oversight.

Dedicated views provide visibility of escalated project risks & issues too, supporting proactive decision-making and improved control.

The Program Management Plugin enables managers to maintain a centralized record of program actions, decisions and change activity.
