OKR mentoring supports you in delivering your roadmap, ensuring that at the end of each OKR cycle you are asking the right questions to address any deficits in progress. Wellingtone recommend two cycles to ensure repetition, and the application of tacit knowledge exists in the organisation.

There is no formal assessment at the end this course, however recommended post-work is provided to consolidate knowledge and reflect on the learning experience, and how the individual will be able to apply it.
